Create a Custom Post Type in WordPress (CPT UI, ACF & Query Loop – Quick Walkthrough)

In this quick walkthrough, I show how to create a custom post type in WordPress using CPT UI and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), then display those posts with the native Query Loop block in the WordPress block editor. This is a practical, no-fluff tutorial focused on getting something working fast so you understand how the pieces fit together. I use a simple t-shirt example and keep the design minimal on purpose.

In future videos, I’ll go deeper into styling, layout design, and building more polished query loops and templates.

Topics covered:

  • Custom Post Type (CPT UI)
  • Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
  • WordPress Query Loop
  • Dynamic content in the block editor
