In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to create and design a custom Single Post Template in Elementor Pro from scratch.
We’ll build the layout step-by-step by adding the Post Title, Featured Image, Post Content, and a Recent Posts section. I’ll also show you how to add custom category breadcrumbs (Parent / Child)
If you'd like the PHP code used for the breadcrumbs, you can find it here.
In this tutorial I use Recent Posts, but if you'd prefer to display Related Posts instead, you can watch my related posts tutorial here: https://youtu.be/sMTqX4ikH7I (opens in a new tab)
I also use my preconfigured global colors and fonts throughout the tutorial. If you'd like to learn how to set those up first, you can watch this video: https://youtu.be/SWXZv4JEoDI (opens in a new tab)
This tutorial walks through building the template and refining the design, including spacing adjustments, responsive tablet/mobile layouts, and finishing touches.
